Multi works with some of the area's leading remodeling companies to install drywall and acoustic ceilings.  We also work directly with homeowners to install partitions, acoustic ceilings, and drywall.

Working with our customers, we have found that the three most important things in a remodeling project are as follows: 

1.)  Quality - Even though we service a broad variety of clients who have differing levels of quality requirements, we have standardized our processes on the highest level of quality.  This means that if we are doing a small repair or 1,000 square foot new home, we are providing the same level of quality that you would find on a 15,000 square foot new custom home.  Because of our volume of work on large custom homes, the rest of our customers benefit greatly with better quality as the lessons learned on our custom home work is immediately transferred to everyone.

2.)  Speed - every day a construction project takes, the more costly the project is (typical estimates range from $50 to $200 per day for every extra day of delay).  We recognize that your time is money (and aggravation).  On a typical new home, we deliver a completed drywall job to you within 7 to 8 days.  On remodel projects, we typically will be completed in less than 7 days.  Don't believe us, when we meet with you, we'll provide you a guarantee on how long we will take if you like!

3.)  Dust - On most new construction projects, dust is not an issue.  However, in existing home repairs and in remodel projects, dust is a huge issue as the homeowners do not want their personal items in the areas NOT under construction covered with dust.  At Multi, we pride ourselves on our dust protection initiatives.  Utilizing the latest technology as well as tried and true products (i.e. plastic walls, paper/cardboard on floors), we provide a custom plan for dust minimization for every home on which we work.

To give you an idea of our capabilities, some of our recent projects included:

• Kitchen remodel.  All new ceiling and walls.  Completion time:  Two and a half days.
• First floor complete renovation.  All new walls and ceilings except living room.  Some existing plaster walls ranging from 1/2" to 7/8" to 1 1/2" needed to be matched to new drywall being installed.  In addition, an odd pattern on the existing ceilings that looked like watery waves needed to be matched in areas where the ceiling was patched.  Completion time:  Eight days
• Jack and jill bathroom, hall bathroom and laundry room in existing home with homeowners living in home.  Five patches of existing drywall and plaster where access to the bathrooms were cut out.  Completion time:  Five days
• Standard 5 x 10 bathroom.  Completion time:  One and a half days
• Garage with all mold tough board on walls and 5/8" fire wall and additional living space adjacent to garage.  Completion time:  Five days
• 2000 square foot basement with theater room utilizing sound board to deaden sound inside the theater room.  Completion time:  Seven days
• 8000 square foot whole house remodel.  Completion time:  Seven days
• Numerous, numerous basements and additions both standard and unique including:
• Bar areas
• Hockey rooms
• Theater rooms with sound board to deaden the sound
• Arched doorways
